The Light Range was designed to operate in the wide range of conditions involving agriculture, ensuring high performance, low fuel consumption, and low operating cost. And you can put your tractor together according to your needs, choosing from 4 gearbox options and the necessary attachments to improve your performance in the field.

Engine
The Light Range is equipped with either VALTRA 320DS, 420DR or 420DSR engine designed to last much longer. The 685 and 785 models have the MWM D 229 engine, with 3 and 4 cylinders, respectively. The structural ribs ensure high resistance, eliminating the need of engine block excessive weight, among other features. The series of advantages Valtra engines provide results from the development of a bold project, exclusive for agricultural applications, which makes them invincible in their category. |
Transmission
The transmission system of the Light Range models ensures more speed options for each operation with minimum power loss. There are 4 transmission options: 8 + 4 (regular gearbox), 16 + 8 (multipliers), 12 + 8 (reducer), and 12 + 12 reverser. The 12 + 12 reverse shuttle provides agility and efficiency in operations, operating comfort, speed multiplier and reducer in one transmission. It is recommended for loader buckets, and silage forks, etc. The 100 Range comes equipped with an independent dual clutch, allowing the PTO to be engaged or disengaged on the go. There are 3 options of PTO for this line, 540 rpm, 540 rpm + 1000 rpm and also 540 rpm + 540 rpm economic. |
Hydraulic System
One of the factors that makes the Light Range stand out from the competition is its excellent geometry in the 3-point linkage, which is equipped with an independent gear pump driven directly by the engine and lift capacity of 3300 kg at the eyelet. The auxiliary independent control valve with up to 3 dual action valves and flow rate of 51.8 l/min ensures simultaneous operations with agility and precision. |
Cab
The Platform system allows the operator to easily access his seat, which prevents accidents when climbing up and down the tractor. In addition, all tractor control levers are located on the operator's right-hand side, except for the parking brake, and the platform floor is covered with a rubber mat. In addition, all models count with an exclusive Roll-over Protective System (ROPS) designed by Valtra. Supported in 2 different points, the system is comprised of seat belt and safety roof. The Range 100 models don’t come with cab, only operation platform (footstep). |
