| Valtra’s Special Range is comprised of 3 models: 685 ATS, BM 85 PCR, and BM 100 PCR. A sales leader in Brazil, the 685 ATS is used in light duties in airports or indoor areas such as sheds. It comes equipped with a signaling set, spare wheel, semi-enclosed cab, turn indicator and horn, according to INFRAERO standards. |

| The BM 85 PCR and BM 100 PCR models were designed to provide the best performance, efficiency, and the lowest operating cost for jobs where special tractors are required. This performance is obtained by adequate weight distribution on the axles, which makes VALTRA's PCR tractors to have the best reputation in the segment. | |
Engine
The 685 ATS model is equipped with a MWM D229 engine, which has excellent construction features, such as wet sleeves, individual covers and heads per cylinder and 4-hole injectors. These features provide low fuel consumption and very easy maintenance. The BM 85 PCR and BM 100 PCR models are equipped with the Valtra 420 engine. These engines are extremely strong and designed to last longer with structural ribs that ensure high resistance, eliminating the need of engine block excessive weight. |
Transmission
Due to its use, the 685 ATS has 6 speeds forward and 2 speeds reverse. Gearbox with great durability and very low maintenance costs. The PCR models are equipped with a transmission with 8 speeds forward and 4 reverse. However, to improve the performance in jobs with loaders, we have the exclusive ROTART gearbox, with 4 speeds forward and 8 speeds reverse. This transmission project counts with helical gears, synchronized selection levers, among others. |
Hydraulic System
In the “Airport Transport System” version, the Valtra 685 doesn’t have a 3-point linkage system, auxiliary control valves nor PTO. The PCR Line doesn’t have an operation platform, hydraulic system, PTO, drawbar, and auxiliary control valves because our customers have at their disposal specific tractors to be assembled with attachments related to the PCR line. |
Cab
The 685 ATS model is equipped with a semi-enclosed cab with front glass, windshield wiper, turn indicator, horn, fire extinguisher, and spare wheel. The PCR Line has no cab available. |

Valtra Forestry
The structure of these Valtra tractors was designed based on forestry tractors from Valtra Finland, which makes it easier to adequate to agricultural tractors.
In the first project phase, the tractors were adapted according to Regulation Standard NR 31 and some items such as:
- Air brake conjugated to the pedal;
- Shields for lower and side parts;
- Hydraulic drive clutch;
- Rims and tips with protections;
- Increased lighting in 360º;
- Sound signal and back up light;
- Forestry tires.
The project with reinforced frames such as the fuel tank, engine cradle and driveline shield, plus the compliance of tractors according to NR 31 and factory Air Brake Kit helped Valtra to maintain and increase its 60% of market share in the forestry segment and to be a leader in innovation and technology in this segment
