Valtra BC7500 Axial Combine. The strength the field needs.
| To ensure actual increase in crop productivity, farmers need to have the right tools at their disposal. And when it comes to maximizing the production with great performance and low operating cost, the new Valtra BC 7500 Axial combine is for sure the best choice for the work. |
 |
Extremely powerful with a turbo aftercooler engine of 335 hp, the new BC 7500 faces any type of terrain and harvesting conditions. Its cab is comfortable and equipped with the latest onboard electronic technology, and everything is ergonomically close to the operator. It has one of the largest threshing and separation areas available.
And this is not all. With the Precision Farming system, the operator can have access to all harvesting information, such as: field maps, key functions and agricultural operations, among others. In addition to all these features, the Valtra BC 7500 Axial combine also comes with many other advantages:
- High performance in any type of terrain
- Easy operation
- Agility during harvesting
- Low pollutant emissions
- Great grain processing capacity
- Smooth and even feeding
- Low operating cost
- Fewer components
- Engine power used more effectively
A complete combine. Perfect for your crop.
Cab Its cab is one of the widest available with inside volume of 3.4 m3 and visibility area of 5.7 m2. Spacious and comfortable cab to accommodate the operator and a passenger. It is equipped with the latest technology in controls, all ergonomically located very close to the operator. The operation console is located to the operator’s right. Monitoring can be done through two electronic panels: the first one, located on the cab right-hand post, controls the combine basic functions. The second one, located over the front windshield, controls all speed functions in the machine.
Lighting The internal lighting is comprised of a set of 8 work lights, providing a broad view of the field under low lighting conditions. The lighting set is also comprised of 2 front lights, 2 rear lights, and one road light and cab exit light.
Engine The engine equipped in the BC 7500 is the SISU Diesel Citius 84 TIER III, (8 liters and 4 valves per cylinder) turbo aftercooler, and 355 hp of engine power. The result is: increased power, enhanced performance in any terrain, apart from fuel economy and reduction in the emission of pollutants. This engine also stands out for its low operating and maintenance cost, as well as high durability.
Transmission In order to provide smoother combine movements, the transmission system is hydrostatic and driven by a hydraulic pump. The speed and direction control is made by a multifunctional lever located on the side console. Although it counts with front 4WD, the BC 7500 combine can leave the factory with hydraulic rear wheel assist (4WD).
Cutterbar Header The 500 series header measures 30 feet (9.15 m) and is equipped with a cutterbar of 1100 cuts/min which, combined with the larger auger speed and proportional reel speed, reduces considerably the header losses and maximizes the feeding system. The parallel cut flexible system allows the knives to work better, reaching even the pods that are closer to the ground. Its single-point lock and coupling system is easy to handle with hydraulic hoses and electrical connectors with easy coupling. The header controls (drive, operation, reel adjustments, etc.) are very close to the operator, making system operation easier.
Corn Header For corn harvesting, the Valtra BC 7500 combine can be equipped with 8, 10, 11, and 12-row headers. All adjustments are at hand providing improved ergonomics, functionality and productivity.
Feeding The feeder house has tripartite cross-bars mounted on four belts that offer increased resistance to friction and ensure increase life to parts. All the material is transported to the rotor through a throttle cylinder with spiral guides, which provides smooth transportation, keeping the quality of grains.
Cleaning The cleaning system has a separation area of 5.70 m2 with alternate movements. The material is conveyed to the sieves through a collecting pan instead of the traditional thread-type conveyors, thus avoiding mechanical damage to the grains.
Grain tank The grain tank capacity is 10570 liters, which represents approximately 130 bags of soybeans. The unloading tube is the tower type with maximum height of 4.2 m. The discharge flow is 88 l/s, which means that a full discharge can be done in up to 135 seconds. It counts with auxiliary lighting, which can be automatically actuated in night operations. Another differential: good visibility of the tank from inside the cab, which facilitates the grain quality control and possible needs of changing adjustments.
Fan The fan is the turbine type with different speed levels, generating the ideal air flow for each type of crop.
Threshing/Separation (Rotor) The rotor can be mounted with bars, knives and scrapers, allowing the most suitable setting for each crop and harvest condition. The rotor is driven by a hydraulic motor connected to a two-speed gearbox, allowing continuous speed adjustment and preventing occasional motor speed oscillations to be transmitted to the rotor. This way, it’s possible to work always under continuous speed, even under the toughest conditions.
In high speed gears, the rotor can work from 175 rpm to 970 rpm, and in low speed gears from 175 rpm to 746 rpm. The overall rotor length is 3560 mm, being 1039 mm for feeding, 1390 mm for threshing, and 1140 mm for separation. As the rotor can be directly driven by a hydraulic motor, the number of drive belts is reduced, thus reducing maintenance and increasing system reliability.
Technology The precision farming system is an optional item. With it, it’s possible to get information on yield, grain moisture, among other data, and then create field maps to help manage and plan farming operations.
Serviceability The Valtra BC 7500 combine was designed with easy access to the main mechanical assemblies, such as: engines, hydraulic systems, controls, belts, etc., thus making maintenance easier and reducing the time spent at the repair shop.
